Course Description

CCR Platforming™ Process - CycleMax™

Course Overview

This course provides an overview of the CCR Platforming unit with a CycleMax or pressurized regenerator. The principles of catalyst regeneration and regeneration tower operation are addressed, including how to optimize catalyst performance and maximize catalyst life. This is a discussion-based session led by UOP technical experts. Participants will also gain experience troubleshooting typical problems working with a team to complete problem solving exercises.

The course applies to CCR Platforming units with CycleMax regenerator designs and pressurized regenerator designs (not atmospheric designs).

This course is not scheduled, please contact us at here for more information.

Who Should Attend

This course is designed for process engineers and operations personnel who work with the CCR Platforming unit or supervise those who do.

Attendance is limited to current UOP license holders using UOP catalyst.

The Course Duration is (in Days): 4.5
