This course covers the operation, capabilities, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the UOP CycleMax CRCS.

Who Should Attend

This course is designed for all instrumentation, or maintenance personnel who work with the CRCS as utilized in a UOP CCR Platforming™ unit or supervise those who do. Note: Both process and operations personnel will find some degree of benefit from this course for functionality and logic sequencing exposure.

Attendance is limited to UOP license holders.

  • Brief history and basic introduction of the CCR unit
  • Catalyst transfer and Sequencing (Lock Hopper, Catalyst Addition, Fines removal)
