Benfield™ Process

Course Overview

This course provides an overview of the theory and operation of the UOP Benfield Process unit. Led by experienced UOP process specialists, the course covers process flow, equipment, process control, analytical procedures, alternative activators, maintenance procedures, metallurgy, and corrosion protection. Unit startup, shutdown, emergency operations, production quality control, and troubleshooting are also covered. Lectures are combined with question-and-answer time to allow participants to share experiences and solutions to operating problems encountered on the job.
