Developing Young Engineers to Become Industry Leaders

The key to continued innovation and business growth is developing young engineers to become the future leaders of the refining and gas industry. For decades, UOP has relied on its Career Development Program to build on the academic knowledge of engineering graduates to prepare them for success. UOP’s Career Development Program, is available to UOP’s customers. The Customer Career Development Program offers entry level engineers a blend of practical, hands-on experience together with classroom training in basic engineering concepts, refinery processes and UOP process technology.

The Customer CDP offers customers the opportunity to interact with a variety of UOP experts including those skilled in pilot plant operations, technology delivery, engineering disciplines, technical services and field operating services.

In this intensive program, UOP mentors are assigned and custom elements of UOP’s Career Development are selected to align with your technologies. Learning is reinforced through the use of Operator Training Simulators and UOP’s Expert System troubleshooting tools.
